Hi parents. Just a short note to say that in the next few months we will be changing from our Blog to a site called Hwb. It is envisaged that many schools in  Wales will be using this. I will be attending a course in March for training and will update you as soon as I know more. As you are aware, we are using Edmod for most homework tasks and for now, will continue to do so.

New School Year

Here we are, week three in our new class and everyone's working hard. As soon as we get a day when everyone is in school we will have a picture for the front page of our Blog.
Don't forget to use Edmodo as I tend to use that to put any information I want you to know.
Remind your parents that our theme is "Black Gold" this term and if you have any relatives that would like to come and tell us about their time down the mines it would be very much appreciated. Or, if they are too shy to come to school any information that they could share  with us would be really valuable. 
Thank you for your Jenny Nimmo homework, we are trying to overcome some teething problems with Edmodo but keep trying and I'm sure that it will improve.
